English Language at CEFR Level B1 (10 Points)

Approved SELT test (IELTS / Pearson PTE), UK degree, or majority English-speaking nationality.

Salary £38,700 or Going Rate (Whichever is Higher) (20 Points)

Standard 2026 general salary threshold or 100% of occupation code going rate.

STEM PhD Relevant to Job + Salary At Least £30,960 (20 Points)

Science, technology, engineering, or mathematics doctorate combined with 80% going rate.

Health and Care Worker or Immigration Salary List (20 Points)

Job role on the Immigration Salary List with salary of at least £23,200 or designated rate.

New Entrant to the Labour Market (Aged Under 26 / Recent Graduate) (20 Points)

Salary of at least £30,960 and 70% of standard occupational going rate.
